Donald is a highly experienced sales leader who has worked for some of world’s leading global technology companies. He spent seventeen years at Cisco where he was country leader for Scotland & Ireland, and has held sales leadership roles at Salesforce, Siemens and Unisys across a broad range of industry sectors.
Donald is also a certified leadership coach and has spent time as a consultant and board advisor to several private equity & VC backed tech businesses. He is a passionate believer in the importance of digital skills and is a former chair of Scotland’s Digital Economy Skills Group and now volunteers as a STEM Ambassador.
Donald sees huge potential in the 2i business and believes that the people centric culture is what will ultimately ensure the company’s long-term success.
