Grace is a CIMA qualified finance professional with a career in industry spanning eighteen years. Prior to joining 2i, she gained experience in various sectors including property, house building, vehicle sales and university finance. She has been with 2i for over nine years, overseeing 2i’s finance function and commercial management.

She champions the philosophy that finance is not a silo but a central player in business strategy, empowering our people with the knowledge to contribute meaningfully to 2i’s growth and success.
