Solution Architect – Permanent 

Location: Glasgow (with travel to Edinburgh)

2i specialises in delivering software testing services for organisations ranging in size from public sector organisations to international finance houses. At the core of our business is the provision of large scale managed testing services, resource augmentation, test governance, automation testing, and test consultancy to help with the delivery of a specific project or programme.

The Role:

=         The Solutions Architect will be responsible for introducing the technical vision.

=         Analysing the technology environment

=         Analysing Requirements

=         Setting architectural standards & patterns

=         Participating in technology selection requirement definition and evaluation

What you’ll bring:

=         Experience in defining non-functionally complaint solutions

=         Defining and maintaining architectural roadmaps

=         Excellent understanding of cloud based architectures

=         Understanding of welfare benefits systems and architecture would be advantageous but not essential

=         Excellent communicator

=         Deep analytical skills

=         Ability to influence & negotiate

=         Good stakeholder management skills

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
