2i has officially been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.
Being recognised among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 reflects 2i’s ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where people feel supported, respected and able to thrive. At 2i, our culture is built around collaboration, trust and a shared belief that when our people succeed, our business succeeds too.
The recognition is based on confidential employee feedback combined with an in-depth review of workplace culture and leadership practices. A significant part of the assessment comes directly from employees through anonymous surveys, giving people the opportunity to share their experiences of working at 2i. Their feedback helped secure our place on the UK’s Best Workplaces™ list in the Medium Organisation category.
In the confidential survey, 97% of employees said people at 2i are treated fairly regardless of gender or sexual orientation, while 96% reported that the company is a physically safe place to work and that people are treated fairly regardless of race or age. The results also highlight a strong culture of trust and belonging, with 92% of employees saying they can be themselves at work and that management trusts them to do a good job without close supervision, and 95% saying colleagues genuinely care about one another.
Supporting our people to grow and succeed is central to the way we work at 2i. From initiatives focused on wellbeing and career development to programmes that recognise colleagues who make a positive impact across the business, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and encouraged to contribute.
Caroline Clements, VP People and Culture at 2i said:
"Being included in Great Place to Work's list of 2026 UK's Best workplace in the medium category is a proud moment for all of us here at 2i and a tremendous achievement for us. This recognition reflects the trust, collaboration, and commitment our people bring every day. Thank you for making our workplace one where everyone can grow, contribute, and succeed together. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of such a passionate and supportive team. Congratulations!"
To determine the final list, Great Place To Work analysed hundreds of employee survey responses alongside detailed Culture Audit™ submissions from leadership teams across participating organisations. These insights were used to assess how effectively companies deliver on their employee value propositions and whether this aligns with the culture experienced by their employees. Only organisations achieving the highest overall scores are awarded Best Workplaces™ status.
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK said: “At Great Place To Work our mission is to help every workplace become a great place to work for all. We wholeheartedly endorse that what's 'better for business' aligns with what's 'better for people,' ultimately contributing to a better world For All™"
“Year after year, it's truly inspiring to witness a growing number of organisations earn a spot on our UK’s Best Workplaces List. We’ve seen an increase yet again in Trust Index scores which means the bar has been raised and this accreditation is a significant and tremendous accomplishment.
The UK’s Best Workplaces excel in creating consistently great experiences for all employees through fostering high levels of trust, pride and camaraderie to fuel increased organisational performance. These crucial elements collectively contribute to creating cultures where employees feel they can truly be themselves and thrive in a supportive and caring environment. Congratulations to 2i for achieving a place on our 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces List."
This recognition highlights the dedication of the entire 2i team in building a workplace culture where people feel empowered, supported and proud of the work they do. As 2i continues to grow, the company remains committed to investing in its people and strengthening the collaborative culture that makes it a great place to work.
