2i, the UK’s largest test consultancy, is marking a standout year of growth, transformation, and industry recognition, highlighted by a Highly Commended Award at the European Software Testing Awards 2025 and three wins at the Scottish Women in Technology (SWiT) Awards.

Recognition at the European Software Testing Awards
2i received a Highly Commended in the Leading Vendor for Service Delivery and Consultancy category at the European Software Testing Awards 2025.
This category is one of the most competitive in the programme, with judges noting the exceptional quality of entries across the industry this year.
When announcing the award, the judge explained that this year’s Leading Vendor category was fiercely competitive, so much, so they couldn’t name just one winner. The solution to this conundrum was to make two awards, a winner and a Highly Commended award with 2i being named the latter.
All entries were assessed blind, with company names removed to ensure complete impartiality. The recognition serves as a testament to 2i’s ability to deliver repeatable, high-quality results for major private and public-sector clients.
The panel praised 2i’s delivery excellence, consistency across complex programmes, and deep commitment to client outcomes.
Dave Kelly, CEO of 2i, said:
"The European Software Testing Awards event is one of the highlights of our year and it's fantastic that the 2i team has been awarded this accolade. These awards are becoming more and more competitive each year with some of the biggest names in technology being nominated. It's great recognition of our growing standing in the quality assurance space and a proud moment for everyone at 2i!"
Triple victory at the SWiT Awards
In addition to this, 2i also celebrated an exceptional evening at the Scottish Women in Technology (SWiT) Awards, one of Scotland’s leading platforms for recognising women and allies who are shaping the future of the technology sector. The SWiT Awards are known for celebrating role models, advocates, innovators, and leaders who are improving gender representation in tech.
Katherine Leyland, Inspirational Woman of the Year, said:
“Winning this award was an incredible surprise, and it means even more to have shared the moment with my colleagues. I’ve always believed we rise by lifting others, and I’m proud to work in a culture that truly supports, mentors and celebrates its people.”
Dawed Saied, Gender Diversity Ally of the Year, commented:
“Receiving this award was deeply humbling. I carry the influence of the inspirational women in my life into everything I do, and this recognition reflects their impact. There’s still a lot of work ahead in driving real inclusion, and I’m committed to continuing that journey.”
Victoria Stark – Everyday Leader, said:
“I’m honoured to receive SWiT’s Everyday Leader Award and grateful to be part of a community that celebrates authentic leadership. This recognition inspires me to show up with empathy and purpose every day. Thank you to 2i Testing for championing and enabling this work.”
Together, these wins highlight 2i’s longstanding commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace, and its ongoing efforts to champion positive change across the sector.
