Sarah is a positive, motivated, and pragmatic change and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience spanning the public sector, financial services, management consulting and technology. Sarah has worked across a number of fields including business analysis, project management, change management, service delivery, and relationship management. Sarah initially joined 2i as an Account Manager within Client Services and now heads up the Operations Function. This broad area includes IT, risk and compliance, centralised business operations, CEO office, and business transformation. Sarah has a clear mission and vision for Operations as follows:
