What will your day job look like?

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join and lead our inhouse Talent team and support our ambitious plans for growth across the business. You'll be responsible for contributing to recruitment strategy, process improvement and mentoring colleagues. This is a hands-on role where you will also be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process; attracting, sourcing and placing the best talent to join our growing business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Line management of colleagues
  • Leading recruitment scrums
  • Overall delivery of 2i’s recruitment needs
  • Senior stakeholder engagement
  • Working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where you will be viewed as a true partner to the business
  • You will have responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to the offer stage
  • Partnering with hiring managers to ensure we attract and retain talent
  • Playing an active part in building and representing the brand, making sure you sell the company story and vision to attract candidates to join us!
  • Searching and headhunting for a wide range of roles using different talent acquisition tools and techniques
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process ensuring that you provide a positive end-to-end onboarding journey
  • Sharing market insights and use analytics to track progress and influence recruiting processes and direction
  • Providing insights to stakeholders on the market and advise on how to attract the best talent
  • Be involved in value-add projects to continuously improve talent management
  • Initiating innovative ideas on how we may be able to organize events and attend events to promote the brand

About You

  • You will have key management and mentorship experience
  • 5+ years of tech recruiting experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • You have the know how to produce creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent and know your way around different sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CW Jobs, Jobsite and more
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and you should be confident slotting into a high performing team
  • Proven ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize multiple requisitions and roles with an extremely high standard of accuracy and precision
  • Candidate focused and passionate about ensuring a positive end-to-end onboarding experience
  • A keen interest in staying in the know in the Tech industry to help tailor new recruitment approaches and methods
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in the business
  • A can-do attitude and a team player
  • Collaborative and able to partner with our business leaders and hiring managers to deliver a first-class experience for all stakeholders
  • Demonstrate curiosity to develop a strong knowledge of our business, products and services.
