2i Testing are pleased to announce that we have committed to the Scottish Business Pledge.
The Scottish Business Pledge works in cooperation with the Government and business, aiming to significantly increase “productivity, competitiveness, sustainable employment, and workforce engagement and development.”
The Pledge has 9 principles: paying the living wage, no zero hour contracts, creating a balanced and engaged workforce, innovation, youth investment, internationalisation, community involvement and prompt payment of bills.
2i Testing have met 6 of the 9 principles and have committed to the others by investing in youth through a junior/graduate training scheme and looking at innovations to address the general IT skills gap in Scotland, as well as the Testing community.
